Crockpot Orange Chicken

Yet another crockpot recipe to share! This one came from Pinterest (via: thefrugalgirls.com), and it was quite simple. We really like orange chicken, but getting Chinese takeout on a regular basis is just not a healthy option. This recipe really approximates the taste of orange chicken, but comes from a crockpot, which is really amazing.

All you need is:

4-5 Boneless skinless chicken breasts
3/4 cup of Smuckers Sweet Orange Marmalade
3/4 cup of Sweet Baby Ray's original BBQ sauce
2 tbsp. Soy Sauce

Put the chicken in all by itself and cookout on high for three hours. It will cook in its own juices- don't worry! I did spray the crockpot with PAM first just to be safe.

After three hours drain the juices from the crockpot. Mix the orange marmalade, BBQ sauce and soy sauce together and then pour it over the chicken. Cook on high for another 30 minutes.

We served it over brown rice and with broccoli. We will definitely be repeating this recipe!
