Back in the USofA!

Well, we have just returned from a ten day trip to the UK! We spent the majority of our time in the Isle of Man, an idyllic island situation in the Irish Sea between Dublin and Liverpool, more or less. I can trace much of my ancestry to this place, including my unique maiden name. The pace of life is slower, the people are friendlier, and the natural beauty of the isle is endless. It was an amazing trip, though we are still on UK time (we managed to sleep in until 4am today!). Here are just a few pictures:
There are many hiking trails on the Isle, including this Ballaglass trail.

Port Erin is the seaside resort town in the south, with stunning views and a beautiful beach!

The Isle is still covered in farmland and largely populated by sheep!
