Crockpot Salsa Chicken

How I love three ingredient meals!

Time for another incredibly easy but very tasty recipe, inspired by lazy day cooking!

What you need:

  • 3-4 Boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can salsa
  • 1 package taco seasoning


Throw everything together in the slow cooker. Cook on low for 6 hours, or on high for 4. When there's about an hour remaining, pull the chicken and then let it continue to cook. You can make tacos from it, or as we prefer, top with shredded cheese and sour cream and enjoy! Easiest dinner ever! The only hard part is being home and smelling the deliciousness cooking all day without eating it!
